【新人求助】X86调试板上运行移动硬盘上安装的Linux，系统不能进入shell且自动重启

我在移动硬盘上安装了Linux（Ubuntu 9.04），更改PC的BIOS使其通过USB-HDD启动，试过不同的PC，Linux系统均能正常启动，并进入shell命令行。
然后，我将移动硬盘接在一块调试板上（CPU为intel酷睿L7400，不能接显示器，只有调试串口），串口打印完Ubuntu的GRUB后，提示如下打印信息，未进入Linux-shell就自动重启了。
