The directory of kernel headers (version @@VMWARE@@ UTS_RELEASE) does not match
your running kernel (version 2.6.20-15-generic). Even if the module were to
compile successfully, it would not load into the running kernel.

通过查看，目录/usr/src/linux/include的确不存在。但改成 /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.20-15-generic/include/或 /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.20-15/include/的时候，却又报了如下的错误：

解决
可以通过安装vmware-any-any-update113.tar.gz解决。
当安装过程中报以上错误时，按Ctrl-C中止安装过程，事实上安装已经完成，只是配置的过程没有完成。
然后安装上述补丁。补丁可以到http://platan.vc.cvut.cz/ftp/pub/vmware/下载。
安装完补丁后，就可以通过运行/usr/bin/vmware为启动VMware了。
