我的镜像源是cn99的，sources.list如下：

deb-src http://debian.cn99.com/debian stable main contrib non-free
deb-src http://debian.cn99.com/debian-non-US stable/non-US main contrib non-free
新版的Debian取消了apt-setup与base-config.鄙视一下.
不过如今有了更简单的解决办法.就是使用: netselect-apt
先安装netselect-apt这个软件包:
apt-get install netselect-apt
然后执行大家熟悉的: apt-get update
如果有新的内核镜像的话就执行: apt-get dist-upgrade
下载安装完以后: reboot 用新的内核引导系统即可.
