有感于VISTA的蜗牛速度，决定在T61上安装Ubuntu Linux。安装过程记录如下：
1）第一次安装时，将专门划分出的partition格式化成ext3格式，安装进行到90%左右的时候，错误出现：
“executing grub-install (hda 0) failed“;
网上查找该错误，有人云：格成ext2就没有问题。
照做，问题解决。
2）连上网络(cable)之后安装，进度到82%时，hangs at 'Configuring apt'/'Scanning the mirror' step
再上网搜索，发现如下方案：
“There's a quick fix to this issue, disable your network devices and it will time out within 30secounds and proceed with the install. Just enable your network after that and everything should be fine”
照做，问题解决。
