解决上述错误的方法是：
Go to Administrative Command Prompt
Run REGSVR32 “\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\bin\10.0.17095.0\x86\SirepClient.dll”
该版本不包含如下工具：

Regwindmd.exe
Topedit.exe
