SUSE 11的内核是2.6.x的
驱动只有2.4.x的 里面有8139too.c Makefile readme.txt
Makefile里面有一句

# ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NEW_INCLUDE_PATH = /usr/src/linux-2.4.20-8/include/
我把路径修改了
make gcc gcc-c+ kernel-source 都安装了
但是在8139too.c 目录 make的时候 报错
