sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ricotz/testing
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3

1. Install gnome-tweak-settings and
sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell-extensions-user-theme

2. unzip gnome-shell-theme-malys-glass.zip

3. Copy the theme malys - ........ to file structure created above
~/.themes/ or /themes

4. run the Gnome Tweak Tool
gnome-tweak-tool

5. Configure Gnome Tweak Tool
In \"Shell Extensions\" Enable \"User Themes Extension\"
In \"Shell\" choose theme malys - ........

6. Refresh the desktop
Press Alt-f2
Type r
Press return.
