升级Ubuntu后进不了系统，谁来救救我

我装的是双系统xp+8.0.4今天自动升级成为10.0.4 LTS，一步步完毕后。当我重启选者
Ubuntu(还是显示以前启动选项和版本好)，进不去。并显示 Starting up ...

Gave up waitting for root device . Common problems :
-Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
- Check rootdelay= (did the system wait long enough?)
-Check root= (did the system wait for the right device?)
-Missing modules (cat /proc/modules; ls /dev)
