Ubuntu下的更新源问题

我的是9.10的版本，每次更新完后总是提示某些软件包无法更新！详情见附图！
为了解决这个问题，我也尝试着又另外添加了一些源（台湾的，CN99的），但还是无法解决！
请问高手么，怎样解决这个问题？倘若不解决会有什么问题？
