VM tools安装问题

在网上找了N篇教程都是告诉直接按回车就行了，但我的到一个步骤后就不行了。后来有人告诉我更新后就可以了，但我今天更新了还是不行。
看提示好像是说有一个什么库没有找到。应该如何操作，请高手解答
