Ubuntu添加中文终端显示时错误

如下错误信息：
sudo apt-get install zhcon

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

然后试了一下apt-get update尽然说无效的参数update，最后加上--fix-missing也不行。如何搞定？
