1、先在该网站下载安装 amule/MLdonkey协议处理程序mldonkey_protocol_handler-2.5.xpi，如下图Screenshot-软件安装.png
2、点击firefox-工具-附加组件-扩展-amule/MLdonkey协议处理程序-首选项-配置对话框-进行相关如下配置，

对应的参数依实际需求设定（特别要注意其中的mode:应调整为amule)
3、重启浏览器启用改动
The protocol handler is GUI configurable through Firefox' Add-ons menu. You can go there by clicking on Tools->Add-ons from the main bar of pull-down menus. Select the MLdonkey Protocol Handler and click on Preferences. A configuration dialog should pop up, which has tooltips to explain all configurable options. Remember to restart your browser before the options take effect!
By default, the extension will connect to a MLdonkey client on localhost, port 4080. All protocols are handled and responses are displayed in a new window.

另外其他网站上提供的其它相关设置如下：
在firefox地址栏中输入about:config
1、新建一个Boolean,名字为network.protocol-handler.external.ed2k，值为true
2、新建一个String，名字为network.protocol-handler.app.ed2k，值为/usr/bin/ed2k
3、然后打开aMule，选中一个电驴源下载，并点击”下载选中链接“，之后依提示点击”选择(choose)"，找到/usr/bin/ed2k，然后再勾选“记住这个选择”，点确定。
4、最后取消每次的提示：新建一个Boolean,名字为network.protocol-handler.warn-external.ed2k，值为false
