如何进入WINDOWS?

我昨天安装完了Ubuntu以后，无论如何也进不去WINDOWS了？
请问怎样才能够进入Windows？谢谢！

我在按了ESC以后，却是出现了选择的菜单，但是没有WINDOWS的选项……
