求助：Debian nm-applet图标不出现！

我刚装上Debian4，可是一会儿显示网络连接的图标不见了。以下是错误信息：
$nm-applet

如果使用sudo nm-applet,则图标又出现了。可是只要退出该命令，则又不见了！
有人知道如何解决吗？
