1、Kdevelop安装
最简单的命令行安装，打开终端，执行：
sudo apt-get install kdevelop
2、Kdevelop汉化
不需要自己下载汉化包，Kdevelop安装后，在终端执行：
aptitude search kdevelop
可能会提示未安装，则自己安装一下：
sudo apt-get aptitude
然后再次执行：
aptitude search kdevelop
会弹出如下内容：
选择中间的 kdevelop-l10n 进行安装：
sudo apt-get install kdevelop-l10n
此时，启动软件就是汉化后的了。
