问题原因：在执行创建配置文件夹与缓冲文件夹命令时，由于目录已经存在，无法执行操作
解决方案：
1.卸载chrome．（非必须）
apt-get purge google-chrome-stable
2.安装chrome．（非必须）
3.删除缓存和配置文件夹．（必须）
rm -rf /home/<<your username>>/.config/google-chrome/
rm -rf /home/<<your username>>/.cache/google-chrome/
4.运行chrome
