1.更新系统：

$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

 

2.安装update-manager-core：

$ sudo apt-get install update-manager-core

 

3.编辑/etc/update-manager/release-upgrades，把Prompt改为normal：

 

4.升级：

$ sudo do-release-upgrade -d

 

成功升级到了Ubuntu 16.10：
