（平台 Linux系统）
找到你的php.ini文件：
即编译时下面参数所设置的位置：
--with-config-file-path=/usr/local/php5 （php.ini位置，根据你参数位置可能不同）
[root@JK02 php5]# vi php.ini
找到：
[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
; http://php.net/date.timezone
;date.timezone =
（将date.timezone 前的注释去掉
改为 date.timezone=UTC
）
; http://php.net/date.default-latitude
;date.default_latitude = 31.7667
; http://php.net/date.default-longitude
;date.default_longitude = 35.2333
; http://php.net/date.sunrise-zenith
;date.sunrise_zenith = 90.583333
; http://php.net/date.sunset-zenith
;date.sunset_zenith = 90.583333
改完后wq 退出，重启apache
[root@JK02 bin]# apachectl stop
[root@JK02 bin]# apachectl start
设置生效，不再报错提醒。
