输入Alt+F2输入gnome-terminal调出终端，输入
gnome-panel
仅仅是在面板关闭后，重新调出面板，但并不能恢复默认的面板。
在个人主目录下有.gconf文件夹,可用
ls -a
命令查看是否存在。
执行
rm -rf .gconf
删除目录注销后重新登录就可以恢复默认的面板了。
如果还不行，就删除.gconfd。
如果只是面板上应用程序的 的面板菜单没了，删除.config/menus/application.menu重新登录就可以。
