注：ubuntu 14.04以上版本(包括现在最新版本ubuntu 15.04)均需使用此方法，本文以chromium浏览器为例。
1、下载flashplayer
https://get.adobe.com/cn/flashplayer/?no_redirect
ubuntu建议下载.tar.gz版本
2、解压缩 tar -xvzf *.tar.gz，假设解压后的文件夹为~/flash
3、拷贝文件
sudo cp ~/flash/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/chromium-browser/plugins
4、ubuntu14.04以来停止了对Netscape Plugin API对支持，导致对flashplayer的支持失效，需要使用adobo flash player pepper安装器进行修复，使用如下命令：
sudo apt-get install pepperflashplugin-nonfree
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install
ubuntu15.04安装firefox的flashplayer插件：http://www.linuxdiyf.com/linux/11643.html
